Engaging health tracking
Q3–Q4 2021
Making self-monitoring fun for dialysis patients. I designed and delivered a fluid intake tracker for the d.CARE patient app, enabling dialysis patients to monitor their daily intake in a motivating, user-friendly way.
Smarter customer portal
February 2020
A conceptual design of a customer portal. I designed a proof of concept for Alfa Laval's customer portal, My Pages, to give customers an easy overview of their products, documentation, and service options.
Tool rentals made digital
March 2020 – May 2020
Enabling customers to rent tools instead of buying them. I designed the digital experience for Clas Ohlson's rental service, enabling customers to rent tools online instead of buying them.
Simplifying energy reports
December 2019 – January 2020
Energy portfolio management made easy. I designed a new portfolio reporting feature for the customer portal, making complex energy trading data easier to understand and act on.

Research & alignment
Every project starts with understanding the problem space. I work closely with stakeholders, review existing research, and talk to users to uncover needs, challenges, and opportunities. When needed, I run workshops or design sprints to align business goals with user goals.

Concept & prototyping
Once we know what to solve, I translate insights into user stories, flows, and initial wireframes. Depending on the complexity, this can range from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma. Early validation is key, so I test concepts quickly with users and stakeholders to refine direction before scaling.

Design & systems
I create clear, user-friendly designs that balance usability with business and brand needs. Whenever possible, I document in Figma and connect work to design systems to ensure consistency and scalability. I also adapt to evolving brand identities, hybrid systems, or accessibility requirements when projects demand it.

Delivery & validation
I work closely with engineers to ensure a smooth handoff, adding specifications, states, and interaction notes where needed. After delivery, I follow up to see how the solution works in practice. That can mean remote testing, collecting feedback through staff, or pilot rollouts depending on the project.

With over 8 years of experience, I've worked on diverse projects spanning IoT, healthcare, e-commerce, internal tools, and B2B platforms, most recently contributing to audio software management systems.
Outside of work, you'll find me exploring my love for creativity through various avenues. In the past, I channeled my problem-solving skills into music production, striving to achieve specific sounds. Today, as a UX/UI designer, my goal is to positively impact a wider audience by crafting desired user experiences.
